These terms cover your use of alteraim.com, the chat assistant on it, and text messages from AlterAim, LLC (“AlterAim”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed service agreement; where the two differ, the service agreement wins.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, chat with our assistant or opt in to our text messages.

Our chat assistant

The chat on this site is an automated AI assistant. It tries to be accurate, but its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Prices, timelines and terms are only final in a written quote or a signed service agreement. Please do not share passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.

SMS communications

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, you may receive text messages from AlterAim (AlterAim, LLC). Texts are optional and are never a condition of using this site or buying our services.

What we send. Our informational program sends replies to the questions you ask us or our assistant by text, scheduling, confirmations and reminders for your call with our team, and follow ups about the services you asked about. A separate marketing program, only if you opt in to it, sends news about our services and offers. We do not send messages on behalf of third parties, and we do not text numbers we got from anyone but you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out of that program, or HELP for help. You can also email us, or ask the chat on this site to have our team contact you.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier, device and coverage. Message and data rates may apply, and any such charges are between you and your carrier.

Using the site

Please use the site and the chat only for their purpose: learning about our services and getting in touch. Do not try to break, overload or copy the site, collect information from it automatically, impersonate anyone, or send spam or harmful content through the chat.

The words, designs, images and recordings on this site belong to AlterAim or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

No warranties, limited liability

The site and the chat are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, AlterAim is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the chat. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

How we handle your information, including text message opt-ins, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
